Gregory has over 25 years of experience in Corporate HR & HR Consulting in the UK, France & Asia. He specialises in behavioural and performance change, process and organisation design, facilitating learning, coaching, culture process and change. Gregory works with organisations in the areas of Performance Management Processes, Competency Models for Performance & Talent Management as well as Employee Climate Surveys.

JEANNE TAN

Jeanne has extensive experience working in senior corporate roles in Fortune 50 FMCG companies. As a former country leader and regional sales manager at Procter & Gamble, Jeanne coached the team to reach tough goals resulting in consistent double-digit growth. Having worked with both local and global teams, Jeans works with commercial teams and senior executive to succeed across a diverse range of environments and corporate settings.

DAVID KOK

David has more than 20 years of corporate business experience in senior management positions such as General & Country Manager for Global MNC’s. His key focus areas are in Talent Management, Change Management, Leadership Development and Executive Coaching. David’s passion and diverse career experience also enables him to deliver high performance sales training and to inspire people to achieve their potential.
